Henrie studied at North Staffordshire University Stoke on Trent BA (Hons) Design Degree 2:1 York College of Art & Design BTEC National Diploma in Art & Design - Merit

She paints mainly with oils mixed with lots of linseed oil & Scumble glaze. A layering effect is applied to each painting scraping off sections and re-applying, slowly building up layers of colour. She tries to acquire a sense of depth and atmosphere through constantly re-working her paintings.
