Established in 1999 in the heart of St. Margarets village, the Gallery quickly became a local attraction and landmark. A regular programme of exhibitions showcasing new and established artists ensures the gallery constantly expands and develops within the artistic community. As well as curating exhibitions and projects within London, we have successfully promoted and supplied high quality contemporary art, at art fairs around the world, providing the vital role between artist and client.
Karen Taylor who launched the gallery, has over 15 years experience in the industry, including gallery management, exhibition curating and the sourcing of both contemporary and investment artworks for her clients. Karen also lectured at Sotheby's on the Contemporary Art Market and continues to write articles for leading art publications.
Tansy Wilson has over 12 years experience in the industry, including teaching 3D design at Central Saint Martins in London, exhibition curating and sourcing works, lecturing on design concept to production, and creating beautiful jewellery.
In 2009, we moved our physical exhibition space to northern Italy whilst continuing to exhibit and curate exhibitions in London and at the top International Art Fairs. It is a delight for us each year to introduce talented artists from all over the world to you. Last year we were very excited to introduce work by Italian artist Ferdinando Di Maso, who has since gone on to exhibit with one of the top dealers in New York. In 2010 we will be featuring work by another Italian artist, Irene Campominosi at the London Affordable Art Fair in October.
We are strongly dedicated to the promotion of our artists as well as priding ourselves in the originality of the works we exhibit. We strive to support and promote individual artists within our portfolio who are keen to further develop their creative accomplishments.
